Why is everything made to order?

We are a small studio, not a warehouse. Cutting and sewing a piece only once someone has asked for it means no overproduction, no leftover stock and no fabric thrown away at the end of a season. It also means your piece is made in your size rather than picked from a shelf.

How long does an order take?

Two to three weeks from the moment we confirm the details. Busier periods — right after a drop, or before the holidays — can add a few days, and we will tell you before you pay rather than after.

When do I pay?

In full, when the order is placed. Every piece is cut individually for you, so the studio buys fabric and books the sewing time up front.

What are the pieces made of?

Mostly breathable viscose blends and cotton, chosen for how they move rather than how they photograph. Each product page lists the fabric of that piece under Product details.

How do I look after them?

• Wash cold, on a gentle cycle, inside out.
• Do not tumble dry — hang while damp and the creases fall out.
• Iron on low, and never directly over the drawstring cords.
